Enter your 10-digit number → *Send OTP* → type the code
you receive by SMS → *Verify*.

*Step 4 — Activate & start learning*
Go to *My Courses* → click *Activate course* → *OK* →
*View Course* → play any lesson. 🎬

*2️⃣ Install the app*
• Open Downloads → double-click _Rioplay 10 Mac App.pkg_
• Click *Continue* → *Install*
• Enter your Mac password → *Install Software*
• Wait for ✓ *The installation was successful* → *Close*

*3️⃣ Launch RioPlay 10*
Applications folder → double-click *RioPlay 10*.

*4️⃣ Sign in*
Use ONE of these:
   (a) Email + Password
       📧 {student_email}
       🔑 {password}
   (b) OR click *Login with OTP instead* → get a code
       on email/SMS → *Verify & Login*.

*5️⃣ Verify your mobile (one-time)*
Country: India (+91). Enter your 10-digit number → *Send
OTP* → enter code → *Verify*. If SMS is delayed, tap
*Resend code*.

*6️⃣ Activate your course*
• Go to *My Courses* (left sidebar).
• Find your course card (yellow *Not Activated* badge).
• Click *Activate course* → *OK* on the popup.
• The button changes to *View Course* — click it and
  start learning! 🎬

Download videos for offline viewing using the ⬇️ arrow
next to each lesson. Downloads live under *Downloads*
in the left sidebar.

Sorry to hear about the issue 🙏 Please try these quick
fixes and let us know:

*App won't install*
• Right-click the .pkg → *Open* → *Open* (Gatekeeper).
• Redownload if needed:
  downloads.antargyan.com/Rioplay-10/Rioplay%2010%20Mac%20App.pkg

*Can't log in / forgot password*
Click *Forgot Password?* → enter email or mobile → verify
6-digit code → set a new password.

*Mobile OTP not received*
Wait 1 minute → *Resend code*. Check DND settings. If
still nothing, use *Login with Email OTP* instead.

*Video buffering / not playing*
Test at fast.com. Needs 2 Mbps for SD, 5 Mbps for HD.
Try downloading the lesson for offline playback (⬇️ icon).

*Course shows Not Activated*
My Courses → *Activate course* button → *OK*.
