Sidebar → *My Courses* → *Activate course* → *OK* →
*View Course* → click any lesson. 🎬

*Step 5 — Take the exam*
Course content → *Filter → Exam* → open exam → *Start Exam*
→ answer, use *Next ›* / *‹ Previous* → *Submit* → see
result → check *Exam Reports* for the full analysis.

*4️⃣ Launch RioPlay 10*
Double-click the *RioPlay 10* desktop shortcut (or Start
Menu search → RioPlay 10).

*5️⃣ Sign in — choose one*
   (a) *Sign in with Google* (if your email is Gmail)
   (b) Email + Password

   (c) *Login with OTP instead* — code to email or SMS →
       *Verify & Login*

If you're a new user, use the *Create Account* tab:
First + Last Name → Email → Phone (+91) → Password →
*Create Account* → enter the 6-digit codes sent to BOTH
your email AND phone → *Verify & Create Account*.

*6️⃣ Activate your course*
• Sidebar → *My Courses*
• Find your course card (yellow *Not Activated* badge)
• Click *Activate course* → *OK* on the popup
• Click *View Course* 🎬

*7️⃣ Take an Exam*
• Course content → filter chip → *Exam*
• Open an exam → check Duration / Questions / Attempts
• Click *Start Exam* — timer begins
• Pick an option → *Next ›* (or *‹ Previous* from Q2 onwards)
• For *Common Data* → click *Read More*
• *Questions (n of N)* top-right opens the jump grid
• Click orange *Submit* → see result → *Close*
• Full history: sidebar → *Exam Reports*

📝 *How to take an Exam on RioPlay 10 (Windows)*

*1.* Open your course → *Course content* list.
*2.* Click the *All* chip (top-right) → pick *Exam*.
*3.* Click any exam row.
*4.* Read the intro (Duration / Questions / Attempts / Latest attempt).
*5.* Click orange *Start Exam* — the timer starts.
*6.* Pick one option, then *Next ›* at the bottom-left.
*7.* Use *‹ Previous* to go back (from Q2 onwards);
      *Deselect* clears your answer.
*8.* Click *Instructions* any time to re-read 'All The Best !'.
*9.* For *Common Data* passages → click *Read More / Read Less*.
*10.* Click *Questions (n of N)* top-right → number grid to jump.
*11.* At 0:00 the exam auto-submits — unanswered = 0 marks.
*12.* Click orange *Submit* when done → see your result.

*SmartScreen warning on launch*
Click *More info* → *Run anyway*. One-time step for a new
publisher. The .exe is signed by Antargyan AI Pvt. Ltd.

*Antivirus blocked the installer*
Add an exception for *RioPlay10-Windows.exe* in your AV,
and re-download if the file was deleted:

*Installer fails with 'Unable to write'*
Right-click *RioPlay10-Windows.exe* → *Run as administrator*.

*Can't log in / forgot password*
Click *Forgot Password?* → pick Email or SMS tab → verify
6-digit code → set a new password (min 8 chars).

*Mobile OTP not received*
Wait 1 minute → *Resend code*. Check DND settings on your
phone. If still nothing, use *Login with Email OTP* instead.

*Video buffering*
Needs 2 Mbps SD, 5 Mbps HD. Try a different Wi-Fi or your
mobile hotspot. Or download lessons offline using the ⬇ icon.

*Course shows Not Activated*
Sidebar → *My Courses* → *Activate course* → *OK*.

*Exam auto-submitted — timer ran out*
Normal — unanswered questions count as 0 marks. Open
*Exam Reports* for the score. Re-attempt if allowed.

*Can't see Sign in with Google*
Your account may not be set up with Google at your institute.
Use email + password instead.
